FXSOAPG is an Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA) pulse generation module designed to provide nanosecond narrow optical pulses. Its rise/fall time can achieve ~2ns, suitable for high speed optical communication system, LIDAR, very high spatial resolution distributed optical sensing, etc.

• SMF/PMF SOA device available 

• Ultra-Narrow-pulse, ~2ns rise/fall 

• Used for C-band, 1310 band (other wavelength optional) 

• High peak power output available, up to 200mW (23dBm)
